DI 120050 : Rhinostar Rhinomanometer, USB

This device has been designed to enable ENT specialists and allergists, both in private practice and in hospitals, to study nasal obstruction quantitatively and analytically.

Rhinostar measures pressure gradient and narino-choasal flow. Thanks to a series of nostril tips and two disinfectable masks of different sizes, it is possible to perform active anterior or posterior rhinomanometry in both children and adults.

The Rhinostar's unique USB connection ensures communication with the Disoft II software, as well as its power supply.

The software enables acquisition, automated analysis, storage and printing of results. During acquisition, flow and pressure variations and the sigmoid curve are displayed in real time.

Automatic processing of the results by the software will produce a table of nasal resistance values for different flow rates and pressures, as well as regression curves.

Disoft II makes it easy to compare different examinations. This highlights the consequences of surgical interventions, the evaluation of allergy tests or the efficacy and impact of medication.

One or more copies of the final examination or comparison report can be printed on any printer connected to the computer. In addition, curves and results are stored in the Disoft II database and can be consulted at any time.
